I understand your point, but one thing all Christians have in common is that they are all human juslike everyone else. And though they may know the Truth and be saved, yet their humanness has also caused great pain – just as have nonchristians. But other than faith, no two christians are alike. Some believe in Jesus yet still ascribe to Hitler’s antigay views and destroy many lives, while some Christians like myself are also conservative yet we’ve abandoned hate in favor of God’s Word which tells us to love homosexuals and treat them fairly and equally. None of us are perfect and we all seek perfection, and none of us is at the same place in life or in faith.

And atheists can just drop the names of all the non-christian scientists named "steve". And it DWARFS your list. "Appeal to authority" is a logical fallacy that you guys can't seem to get through your heads.
