do miss matched appliances bring down the value of the house or does it not matter?
I have a large house about 6000 sqft of living space, but my kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator and the other Appliances are bisque.sooooo just wondering if it would really affect the value of my house.
First question would be did you buy the house with those appliances? If you did….obviously it didn’t bother you. If you bought one or more of the appliances….again it didn’t bother you. One thing I have never been able to understand is: you are selling your house….why is it that a crummy 200 – 300 appliance will make or break a 500,000 deal? I don’t think it would sway me. I’m buying a house and chances are, I’ll replace the appliances.

Look, you aren’t selling appliances. You are selling a house.
If the people want to buy a refrigerator, you can put a notice on the flyer that you hand out saying, the refrigerator is available, if the buyer wants to negotiate for it. That way they will know it isn’t staying, and so what difference does it make if it isn’t "bisque" ….
anyone who would let the color of a refrigerator chill a deal for a $500K home doesn’t have all their pennies in jar!
good luck selling the house.
