Dude, you are my hero for posting this! I’ve had this commercial on my mind for years but never even tried to search for it because I couldn’t even recall who the sponsor was or exactly what was being advertised – stereo equipment? recording tape? – let alone any brand names.

So many years later, I can’t hear “Für Elise” and NOT bust out with “Jonathan can’t come out and play right now…he’s practicing the piano.” It’s Pavlovian, and even my wife didn’t understand it until she finally got to see this ad. Still have quite a few of my stereo components from Highland, too!
