Kitchen appliance parts. Source for discontinued Insinkerator dishwasher (WS3000) program switch (part 51331)?

Looking for an online source or an appliance parts house I can call to obtain a program switch for an Insinkerator (KitchenAid) model WS3000 dishwasher. The insinkerator part number is 51331. The insinkerator parts catalog says the part is discontinued.

www.cagles.com – They have many old and discontinued parts for Appliances

why don't they make them like they used to?
